London College of Fashion in collaboration with the Society of Dyers and Colourists (SDC) now offers 4 modules, which alongside a dissertation, builds to achieve the SDC Colour Management of Textiles Diploma. The 4 modules can also be used for more general business awareness of colour management.
The 4 courses have been developed to lead students through the process of colour management in the supply chain, from design to dyed fabric, developing the techniques required to ensure this portion of the supply chain runs efficiently and effectively. The courses provide a chance to organise and assess colours in a variety of ways, acquainting the candidate with the different methods and why they are used at the retailer, specifier, and dyehouse.

Modules 1 and 2 may be taken in any order; however both must be taken before 3 or 4. SDC will provide certificates of competence for successful candidates. Candidates who successfully complete all 4 modules will receive a Certificate of Colour Management of Textiles.
